During the general meeting on April 18, 2023, the members of AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. elected their board of directors for the next two years.
The association said goodbye to its long-time treasurer Ludger Fröbel, who is now retiring. Nadja Wolf (ArianeGroup) was elected to the board as his successor. Nadja Wolf is responsible for Strategic Partnerships at ArianeGroup. As part of her work on the board, she is looking forward to promoting and work on innovation and technology transfer topics together with innovators from business, science and policy makers in the German federal state of Bremen.
Chairman of the Board Holger W. Oelze (ZARM Technik) and also Secretary Dr Jörn Burkert (AES Aircraft Elektro/Elektronik System GmbH) were re-elected for the next two years and will continue in their current positions. “We thank Ludger Fröbel for his many years of service as treasurer at AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. and wish him all the best for the future. He has played a key role in shaping AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. and helping to establish it in the [aeronautics and space] sector by means of his expertise, which he acquired during many years of work at ArianeGroup and previously at DLR,” said Holger W. Oelze. Ludger Fröbel was elected to the treasurer’s office of AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. for the first time in 2017. In particular, the close cooperation of the federal state of Bremen with the Dutch province of Zuid-Holland and with Scotland in the context of the “Connecting Space Regions” series was led and established thanks to Ludger Fröbel.
AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. now welcomes Nadja Wolf as its new treasurer and looks forward to working with her.

AVIASPACE also welcomed its new members consisting of aerostructure consulting, benntec Systemtechnik GmbH, Droniq GmbH, FTI Engineering Networking GmbH, Hanseatische Waren Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, OptoPrecision Airborne Systems GmbH, Radiall GmbH, Thomas Cramer Beratung und Training, TRIGO Qualitaire GmbH and Volcon Lamberti GmbH.
